  • This position will serve on our Clinical Help Desk team within our HSHS Information and Technology Services Support/Quality department.
  • Candidates will be assigned an appropriate level at the time of offer.  Levels are assigned based on a candidate's level of education and relevant experience and taking into consideration internal equity.
  • Evening, night, and/or weekend on-call support as scheduled may be required.
  • This position will help support EMR functionality across the HSHS System. 
  • Provide technical, first-level support service to clinical colleagues involved with patient care.
  • Act as a liaison with team of support analysts.
  • Work experience in a clinical role is preferred.
  • Educational experience in health care (HIT, HIM, or HCA) is preferred.
  • Experience with EMR and Epic is desired.
  • SCHEDULE:  Sundays 6:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. - 8:30 P.M.
